Our Process
Silver & Grace believes every celebration deserves an effortless experience. From the moment you place your order, every detail is thoughtfully managed with care and intention. Once your booking is received, we'll personally confirm your event details and arrange delivery and collection to ensure everything is perfectly prepared.
Each heirloom piece is meticulously cleaned, hand polished and carefully packaged before leaving our collection, arriving ready to bring timeless elegance to your table. Following your celebration, we'll arrange collection at the agreed time, and once every piece has been safely returned and inspected, your refundable bond will be promptly processed.
From beginning to end, our process is designed to be seamless, refined and worthy of life's most memorable occasions.
